Banana is the favorite friut of many of us
I noticed I have been taking a few of them daily, in my smoothie drinks or bowls, with my vegan pancakes or just grab it from a super market in the street.
So that actually makes me thinking of doing a quick research and see if it’s okay to have that much of them in one day? Here is the result:
